Mustang Club

The Mustang Club is the official athletics booster club of Morrisville State College and is dedicated to supporting the College's intercollegiate athletics program.

Here at Morrisville State we are constantly trying to do more for our student-athletes. Your Mustang Club Membership will help support Morrisville State Athletics as we contiue to move our program forward. Some of the possible uses for member dollars include facility enhancements, equipment for academic enrichment, student-athlete leadership development, and student-athlete health and wellness.

 

A message from Greg Carroll, Athletic Director at Morrisville State College:

Dear Future Mustang Club Member,

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your past, present, and hopefully future financial support for Morrisville State Athletics. While there is no denying the fact that funds raised through initiatives like the Mustang Club, event sponsorship, donations, advertising, and other efforts are vital, knowing that you are behind us in spirit is just as important and even the smallest donation punctuates your confidence in our athletic program and the student athletes that represent it.

The landscape of college athletics has changed dramatically over the past 10 years as the population of college aged students nation-wide has become smaller and institutions struggle to maintain budget balance. Ironically, the athletic competition has never been at a higher level and institutions are all working harder than ever to attract the best student athletes possible to their campuses whether they are Division I, II, or III.

Fund raising is no longer optional for college athletic programs. It is a requirement for programs that desire to remain competitive, meaningful and respectful to the accomplishments of the teams and athletes that represented them in the past. As I stated previously financial support is important and  deeply appreciated. Please do not underestimate the value of even a small donation as everything matters and denotes your ongoing support for Mustang Athletics.

Mustang Club Tailgate Information  

  • Gifts to the Mustang Club of $100 or more are eligible for a Mustang Club Tailgate Pass for all 5 home games of the 2018 season.
  • Details on the Mustang Club Tailgate will be emailed to eligible participants prior to our first home game (Fri. Sept 21st vs. St. Lawrence).
  • Tailgating Pass Includes:
    • Two (2) adjacent parking spaces in the exclusive Mustang Club Tailgate Lot (located directly behind Drake Field).  One space for your car, the other for your tailgating accessories (table, chairs, grill, tent, cooler, etc.)
  • To ensure a safe and friendly environment, all tailgate participants should follow the athletic departments tailgating guidelines located here.
  • All questions regarding tailgate information should be directed to Joseph Smith, Assistant Athletic Director for Department Fundraising, at 315-684-6572 or smithjaa@morrisville.edu.

Sponsorship / Advertising Opportunities  

The Morrisville State College Athletic Department is offering sponsorship opportunities for the 2015-16 seasons. The advertising and sponsorship program is a valuable asset to Mustang Athletics as it assists in providing revenue and support for 17 varsity intercollegiate teams.

Sponsors receive exposure for their business through venue signage, game programs, public address announcements, game sponsorship opportunities, web-site advertising, hospitality, special event sponsorships and more!
