Erin Skaradek took the Mustang reins in the summer of 2015, and in her first season guided Morrisville State back to the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) tournament behind an overall 19-8 record, and 14-4 conference slate.

Under Skaradek's leadership, Morrisville State went 15-4 since January 6, and come season end, two earned All-Conference recognition, including Jordan Anderson who also nabbed ECAC accolades for the first time for the program.

In 2015-16 five earned NEAC Scholar-Athlete recognition, and Skaradek's program was active in the community, participating in various iniatives such as Reading Across America, Back to School Drive and an awareness and fundraising campaign for St. Jude Hospital for childhood cancer.

Prior to Morrisville State, Skaradek had been on the bench of the Oswego State women's basketball team as assistant coach for seven seasons, where she helped guide the Lakers' to the SUNYAC playoffs in each of the last five seasons. In 2013, the Oswego squad rose to a high ranking of fourth place in the NCAA Division III East Regional rankings. At one point during that same season Oswego was ranked number one in the NCAA Division III in scoring defense. That campaign ended with the Lakers holding an overall record of 18-9.

In addition to her basketball duties at Oswego State, Skaradek had also served as the head women's tennis coach since 2008, and doubled as the head coach of men's tennis in 2009-10. Outside her athletic department responsibilities Skaradeck was also involved the Oswego State's new student orientation program as an assistant coordinator of that program.

Prior to accepting her duties at Oswego Skaradek spent three seasons at Elmira College as the assistant women's junior varsity basketball coach. In addition to her coaching duties at Elmira she was also assistant to the sports information director. A graduate of Elmira with bachelor's degrees in childhood education and anthropology, she was member of the college's 2006-07 Empire Eight Conference Regular Season Championship team, as well as the 2006 and 2007 squad that claimed second place.
