MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – Brittney Dorman (Granville, N.Y.) finished second overall in the walk trot class at the Region 3 Championships Saturday at Skidmore College, advancing to Zones to represent Morrisville State's hunt seat equestrian team.
Eight additional riders finished in the top eight, but had to place first or second in order to advance to the next round of competition.
Dorman returns to Skidmore College on Saturday, April 8, to compete for the Zone title and an opportunity to advance to the IHSA National Finals in Kentucky in May.
