Sherlock tabbed NEAC Defensive Player of the Week  

 

MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – Morrisville State College senior goaltender, Dan Sherlock (Tully, N.Y.) has been named the North Eastern Athletic Conference's (NEAC) Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week for the week ending March 25, as announced by the conference office Monday afternoon.

Sherlock assisted Morrisville State to a 1-1 record on the week behind a total 22 saves and .537 save percentage.

The senior registered 14 stops in an 11-10 win over Kings College that included five in the third quarter. He closed out the week with eight in the loss to Potsdam on Saturday.

A graduate of Tully High, Sherlock is majoring in business administration at Morrisville State. He is the son of Kathy and Brian Sherlock of Tully.
