MORRISVILLE, NY – Morrisville State has announced its 2019 women's soccer schedule, as the Mustangs get underway with preseason August 17.
The Mustangs will begin with a two-game road outing at Hartwick College in a season kick-off against Utica College and the host Hawks on the 30th and 31st of August before heading into September where their competition sees a mixture of non-conference and North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) action.
They open September with back-to-back home battles on their home pitch, first facing Alfred State on Sept. 7th before meeting St. John Fisher for the first time on the 11th.
Morrisville will begin NEAC play on the road at Wells on Sept. 14, facing non-conference opponent Delhi at the Broncos home turf on the 18th.
SUNY Cobleskill comes to town on the 21st for a second NEAC contest, before the Mustangs take on Route 20 Rival, Cazenovia, in a night battle on Drake Field on the 24th.
September wraps up with a road outing at Keuka College on the 28th.
Morrisville will travel to nearby Hamilton College to kick-off October's month of action on the first, heading across town on the 5th to nearby SUNY Poly.
The Mustangs will renew their conference bout with Penn State Harrisburg on the 12th in Morrisville in a trio of events against "Nittany Lions". Penn State Abington will roll into the Mustang Valley on the 13th to wrap up the weekend action, before Morrisville State heads to Reading to meet the reigning champion Penn St. Berks on the 19th.
Morrisville State will host Penn College on Oct. 26 in its home regular season finale before a double on the road at Lancaster Bible on November 1st and Gallaudet University on the 2nd sees the regular season come to a close.
The Mustangs will get the season underway on the 17th welcoming new faces to the green and white, and sidelines.
